In this video, 2x USA Memory Champ, Nelson Dellis,  teaches us how to turn random words that we want to memorize into a Vivid Story with a lot of action in order to link the words or items together. This helps us to Recall the information by memory later on just by bringing up the Vivid Image and Story that we created using the words. 

Here are the words that he used:

1. Milk
2. Sun
3. Hamburgers
4. Apples
5. Sock
6. Crib
7. Book
8. Corn
9. Chicken
10. Bomb

I wanted to Show you a video clip today about Les Brown and also speak on that clip.
This clip is where Les brown talks about our Mental Conditioning and how many times it holds us back from us really achieving what we want to achieve in this life.

We have the ability within us to be very successful and sometimes we let we were taught from a very young age to be comfortable with what we have and not to really take big risks in life. 

Well Les Brown teaches us that we must believe in ourselves to really go out there and Change The World in a Positive Manner, so that when we are about to Pass On we realize that we did everything that we possibly could to make this World a Better Place not only for our children, but for our Children’s, Childrens, grand children.. So on and so forth. 

We must Push aside that little negative voice within us that is always attempting to slow us down, and we must start riding the path to ultimate satisfaction and life fulfillment. 
Because you must know that it is within you to become successful and achieve your goals. You can do it. Like les brown says, IT’s POSSIBLE! YOU CAN DO IT!!!

Learn How To Memorize Anything with this simple 5 step system.

All you need is the Following: 

1. Focus
2. File- Place to store data or information
3. Picture- In you mind create a clear Picture of the data or information that you want to Memorize
4. Glue- Now you need to add action and emotion to the picture and the File
5. Review- You need to go back and in your mind bring up the vivid and clear images that you were able to visualize and create.

What’s GOOD? 

I wanted to make this video to show you how easy it is to be able to Instantly Find out where you Parked Your Car at!

The Main Elements are to Focus and Visualize!

First Focus on where you actually parked your Car. 

Second, Visualize yourself Going back to your car. You must do this by adding strong glue.. What is glue your asking? well it’s Action and emotion.. You must add some crazy action to you seeing yourself walking back to your car. Maybe you’re doing a cart wheel all the way down the right side of the parking lot where you parked your car. 

Make sure to make it vivid.

Then what you do, is when you want to return back to the location where you left your car, just bring up the image of you doing the cart wheel back to your car. 

That’s it!

Yo, how’s it going..

Hope everything is well..

I wanted to talk to you today about having a strong imagination. As Like I walked you through that exercise of creating a vivid and clear future, you noticed that I helped you see a positive future for your life. Reason being, is that imagination is very powerful. If I can quote Albert Einstein For a second, he says: “Imagination is more Important than knowledge.” this comes from someone that knows a little something about using his brain.

You need to begin doing daily exercises for your imagination so that you can paint a future for yourself that you want to attract into your life.

Visualize your ultimate life and be as creative as you want. Become your own cinematic movie producer, director, and editor. Think like a creative artist and add as many positive fulfilling elements to the image.

You will see your life to begin to transform.

And remember that like Albert Einstein says: “Your Imagination is Your Preview of Life’s Attractions.”

So, Get to it!
