How I Used It
For this review, I assembled the AIRHOP flooring tiles in my backyard to create a dedicated workout area.
One thing I immediately liked was how simple the interlocking design made the installation process. The tiles fit together securely, allowing me to quickly create a workout space without needing any special tools.
Once assembled, the mats created a solid surface for exercising with dumbbells and other fitness equipment.
The rubber top layer provides a durable workout surface, while the foam underneath helps add cushioning and comfort during workouts. The combination gives the flooring a sturdy feel without being overly hard underfoot.
During my workouts, I appreciated the added layer between my equipment and the ground. Whether you’re using dumbbells, benches, cardio equipment, or other fitness gear, having dedicated flooring helps create a more organized workout space.
I also like the flexibility of the modular design. You can start with a smaller area and expand it later if your gym grows or your needs change.
Another advantage is that the surface is easy to maintain. Since the mats are waterproof, cleaning up dust, dirt, or workout debris is straightforward.
