How I Used It
In my video, I step onto the scale and go through a complete measurement session. One thing that stands out compared to many traditional scales is the retractable handle design, which allows the scale to collect measurements from both the upper and lower body.
The process is straightforward. After connecting to the Starfit app, the scale performs a full scan and displays key metrics on the screen while providing voice prompts throughout the process.
What I personally found useful was seeing more than just my body weight. Having access to additional measurements inside the app provides a broader picture of progress over time. The app also stores historical data and generates charts that make it easy to follow changes from week to week or month to month.
The voice prompts are another nice touch because they let you know when the measurement is complete without constantly looking down at the display.
