Step 1: Navigate to Your Crypto Wallet

  1. Open the Crypto.com app and go to the Accounts section.
  2. Select your Crypto Wallet and locate your Bitcoin (BTC) balance.
  3. Tap on Bitcoin to access its options.

Step 2: Set Up a Fiat Wallet

  • If you haven’t already set up a Fiat Wallet to hold cash (USD), follow these steps:
    1. Go to Accounts and select Fiat Wallet.
    2. Click on Set up new currency and choose USD.
    3. Review and accept the User Agreement.
    4. Complete any additional verification steps (e.g., providing your Social Security Number or other required info).
    • Once approved, your Fiat Wallet is ready to use.

Step 3: Sell Bitcoin (BTC) for Cash (USD)

  1. Return to your Crypto Wallet and select Bitcoin.
  2. Tap on Sell BTC.
  3. Choose your Fiat Wallet (USD) as the destination for the sale.
  4. Enter the amount of BTC you want to sell.
    • For example, selling BTC could result in $11.43 USD being added to your wallet.
  5. Confirm the transaction.
  6. Once processed, the cash will be available in your Fiat Wallet.

Step 4: Transfer Cash to Your Bank Account

  1. Go to your Fiat Wallet and click on Transfer.
  2. Select Withdraw and choose USD.
  3. If your bank account is already linked, select it.
    • To add a new bank account, tap Add Bank Account and follow the setup instructions.
  4. Enter the amount to withdraw (minimum transfer: $100).
  5. Confirm the withdrawal, and the funds will be sent to your bank.
