Roborock’s Qrevo S Pro mops better than most robots its price, beating the average score by 40 points in a dried-on stain test from Vacuum Wars, a YouTube channel that buys every robot it reviews. Its dock now washes the mop pads with 167°F water, which the original Qrevo S didn’t do.
The Qrevo S Pro refreshes the Qrevo S, a top-selling robot on Amazon for months, according to Vacuum Wars. It lists for about $399.99. This review covers how it mops, vacuums, navigates and maintains itself, and which homes it suits best.

Mopping: The Standout Feature
Vacuum Wars called the mop its favorite feature. The pads lift 10 mm over carpet, so the robot can clean a mix of hard floors and rugs in one pass without wetting them. A carpet-first mode vacuums rugs before the pads get wet. The Qrevo S Pro scored strongly in both the regular stain test and a coffee-only stain test, and its combined mopping score was “much higher than average” (Vacuum Wars, “Roborock Qrevo S Pro: It Sells Like a Winner. Does It Clean Like One?”).
It used slightly more water than average in Vacuum Wars’ water-penalty test, though not by much. The app can also clean in the direction of the floorboards, which Vacuum Wars says helps reduce mopping streaks.
The Dock
The dock is where the S Pro gets its biggest upgrade, Vacuum Wars said. It empties the dust bin into a disposable bag, washes and dries the pads, and refills the water tank. It washes with 167°F (75°C) water and dries with 113°F (45°C) air, where the original Qrevo S used room-temperature water. Vacuum Wars said the heat helps sanitize the pads, remove grime and prevent odors (Vacuum Wars, “Roborock Qrevo S Pro: It Sells Like a Winner. Does It Clean Like One?”). Roborock says the 2.7 L bag lasts 7 to 9 weeks.
Vacuuming
Vacuum Wars said the S Pro swept up debris of all sizes from hard floors and carpet with “almost no scattering.” Its crevice test came in near average, and it scored just above average in the carpet deep-clean test. Its dust bin is slightly smaller than average, but larger than in many recent flagships. Vacuum Wars suggests setting the dock to empty more often if you have bulky debris (Vacuum Wars, “Roborock Qrevo S Pro: It Sells Like a Winner. Does It Clean Like One?”).
It uses a single rubber main brush and a fixed side brush. Vacuum Wars said that design agitates carpet less than a bristled brush, and it measured 43% pickup of flattened 2.5-inch hair. For that reason, it recommends the S Pro for homes with mostly hard floors and few pets.
Navigation, Battery and App
- Navigation: top-mounted LiDAR covered more floor per minute than Vacuum Wars’ average (Vacuum Wars, “Roborock Qrevo S Pro: It Sells Like a Winner. Does It Clean Like One?”).
- Battery: 240 minutes official. Combined with efficient navigation, Vacuum Wars estimated square feet per charge “significantly higher than average.”
- App: schedules, room settings, no-go and no-mop zones, water and suction levels, floor-direction cleaning, and Matter support.
- Obstacles: Roborock’s structured-light Reactive Tech. Vacuum Wars advises clearing shoes and cables before a run.
Who Should Buy the Qrevo S Pro
- Buy it for a home with mostly hard floors where you want strong mopping and a dock that heat-washes and dries the pads.
- Consider the eufy E25 ($599.99) if pet hair and clutter are bigger concerns. It picked up 93% of pet hair and avoided 21 of 24 obstacles in Vacuum Wars’ tests.
- Consider the Roborock Q10 S5+ ($279.98) for carpet-heavy homes on a budget, if you can do without mop washing.
Vacuum Wars’ summary: homes best suited to the S Pro “will be really happy with it,” and compared with Dreame’s L40S Ultra, it is “a strong mop with a weaker vacuum” (Vacuum Wars, “Roborock Qrevo S Pro: It Sells Like a Winner. Does It Clean Like One?”).
